Agenda for an Extra Ordinary meeting of the Council taking place on Tuesday 10th May 2022 at 7.00 pm at the Methodist Hall, Bridge Street, Wellesbourne

Members of public wishing to attend the meeting are to follow the instructions below (these rules are to protect everyone in attendance)
You will still be required to wear a mask during the whole meeting unless you have a medical exemption which you must evidence upon arrival
You will need to be covid free on the day of the meeting. If you have symptoms, you must not attend the meeting.
You should arrive between 7pm – 7.15pm
Should you wish to raise any issues with Councillors without attending the meeting in person you may do so by emailing the Clerk on Clerk@wellesbournepc.com or by telephoning the Chairman 01789 842103 no later than 4pm on the day of the meeting (you will receive an emailed/written/telephone response following the meeting)

8.1 Recommendation to accept the quote of £881.54 for a Tree Survey & Arboricultural Impact Assessment required by Stratford District Planning as part of the planning application for the Newbold Road Land – Prop Cllr AP
