You will be required to wear a mask during the meeting (even when seated) unless you have a medical exemption which you must evidence upon arrival.
You will need to confirm you are covid free on the day of the meeting. If you have symptoms, you must not attend the meeting and you and your household should isolate immediately. You should arrive between 7pm – 7.15pm
