Extra-ordinary Full Council meeting, 18/01/2022 – agenda – please note venue

Agenda for a meeting of the Council taking place on Tuesday 18th January 2022 at 7.15 pm in the Gazebo, Wellesbourne Sports & Community Centre car park, Loxley Close, Wellesbourne
Cllrs are summoned to deal with the following agenda.

Members of public wishing to attend the meeting are to follow the instructions below (these rules are to protect everyone in attendance)
You will be required to wear a mask during the whole meeting unless you have a medical exemption which you must evidence upon arrival
You will need to confirm you are covid free on the day of the meeting. If you have symptoms, you must not attend the meeting and you and your household should isolate immediately. You should arrive between 7pm – 7.15pm
Should you wish to raise any issues with Councillors without attending the meeting in person you may do so by emailing the Clerk on Clerk@wellesbournepc.com or by telephoning the Chairman 01789 842103 no later than 4pm on the day of the meeting (you will receive an emailed/written/telephone response following the meeting)

4. Confirmation of the order of the agenda

5. Identification of any items that might be resolved for confidential session

6. Open session for members of the public to raise any matters of relevance to the Parish

7. Recommendations
7.1 Recommendation to agree preferred contractor from quotes provided to set up a new compliant website for WWPC – Prop Cllr AP
7.2 Recommendation to agree change of website name including change to email addresses to .gov.uk – Prop Cllr AP
7.3 Recommendation that the Clerk continues with delegated powers to make online payments on behalf of WWPC due to pandemic restrictions or until the PC can return to usual practices to be reviewed within 6 months – Prop Cllr AP
7.4 Recommendation that powers be delegated to the Clerk to respond to planning applications on behalf of WWPC having sought opinion from Councillors to be reviewed within 6 months – Prop Cllr AP
