Agenda for an extra ordinary meeting of the Council taking place on Tuesday 23rd November at 7.00 pm at The Methodist Hall, Bridge Street, Wellesbourne

Members of public wishing to attend the meeting are to follow the instructions below (these rules are to protect everyone in attendance):
You will be required to wear a mask when entering the meeting and leaving it which may be removed when you sit down (unless you have a medical exemption which you must evidence upon arrival)
You will need to confirm you are covid free on the day of the meeting. If you have symptoms, you must not attend the meeting and you and your household should isolate immediately.
You should arrive by 6.50pm
