Agenda for a meeting of the Council Community Facilities Committee taking place on Tuesday 28th September 2021 at 7.15pm at the Methodist Hall, Bridge Street, Wellesbourne.

Members of public wishing to attend the meeting are to follow the instructions below (these rules are to protect everyone in attendance):
You will be required to wear a mask when entering the meeting and leaving it which may be removed when you sit down (unless you have a medical exemption which you must evidence upon arrival)
You will need to confirm you are covid free on the day of the meeting. If you have symptoms, you must not attend the meeting and you and your household should isolate immediately.
You should arrive between 7pm – 7.10pm
Should you wish to raise any issues with Councillors without attending the meeting in person you may do so by emailing the Clerk on Clerk@wellesbournepc.com or by telephoning the Chairman  01789 842103 no later than 4pm on the day of the meeting (you will receive an emailed/written/telephone response following the meeting)
