1. Welcome – Cllr Shepherd was welcomed back to the Council by the Chairman

6. Open session for members of the public to raise any matters of relevance to the Parish
Mrs Dane, Newbold Road, commented that she was unable to find the details within the planning application 21/00314/TREE on the planning portal. Also that although she had no objections in principle to application 21/00167/FUL, she felt that the toilet provision in the plan was inadequate.

T4, T5 and T6 Silver birch – crown reduction of approx. 30% to clear BT lines (as per annotated photos on app)

8. Sec 106 Agreement – Transfer of Public Open Space
8.1 *Consideration of commuted sum offered by Persimmon in respect of Site 15/00596/OUT – Land to the East and West of Ettington Road, Wellesbourne
Cllrs noted receipt of the letter from Persimmon. SDC had been asked for figures for an equitable commuted sum but they were awaiting confirmation of final landscaping and format of play areas from Persimmon. The amount of £25k was not considered adequate for land maintenance and playground repairs for the 20 year period of the agreement.
The Council had entered into discussion with SDC regarding the open space at Mountford Place and the legalities of taking it over.
