1. Welcome and announcements – Cllr Paige-Stimson will be taking 3 months leave from duty for personal reasons reviewed in January

2. Confirmation of the order of the agenda – add new item 10 Unitary Authorities correspondence – agreed

7. Temporary Home Working Policy
7.1 Consideration of the Policy – Cllrs considered the policy content and made no amendments
Recommendation to adopt the Temporary Home working policy to safeguard staff during periods of home working

9. Emergency box – additional box for Church

10. Unitary Authority correspondence to WCC – Luke Hall MP – Cllrs noted that WCC had not been formally invited to submit
application for future unitary structure to the Secretary of State and due to Covid-19, the government had diverted their resources to deal with the pandemic until further notice. The MP invited WCC to send their Strategic Case for Change proposals with evidence of any local support but had stressed this was not a formal invitation to enter the process of unitarisation.

11. Cllrs & Clerk exchange of information
Cllr Bolton – The willow trees on Willow Drive green had been cut back and a health inspection was pending. The post office had been closed due to difficulties with replacement staff due to COVID-19.
Cllr Dipple – The fence at the Hall in Walton had now been erected and there had been a noted reduction in cars gathering there since
Cllr Harte, Cllr Keogh-Bywater, Cllr Patalong – none
Cllr Prior – There had been 4 applications for co-option to the Cllr vacancy, Cllrs wanting to sit on the interview panel to contact the Clerk
Clerk – a heating engineer had been called to the office boiler, some remedial works for a local plumber would be required post Covid.
