Vacancy for a Responsible Finance Officer

WELLESBOURNE & WALTON PARISH COUNCIL

Requires a

RESPONSIBLE FINANCIAL OFFICER

Start date: as soon as possible
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in local issues.
Duties include keeping the Council financial records, ensuring the Council meets the requirements for audit, preparation of the budget and reporting to the Council Finance Committee.
Requirements: Familiarity with the SAGE 50 Accounting System is essential, attendance required at some evening meetings

364 hours per annum (based on an average of 7 hours per week)

Salary NJC Scales: LC2 SPC 20 – LC2 SCP 23 (pro-rata)
dependent on experience & qualifications
Pension auto-enrolment applies
