Objection on the grounds it is not being used for its intended purpose and should revert to garage/garden store. The Council queried whether the building would comply with building regulations for domestic use and would not want to see the potential for it to become a separate dwelling in the future.

7.2 Relocation of the defibrillator from Co-op to WSCC
Following the second forceful removal of the ATM at the Co-op the defibrillator was damaged. As a result of this, the insurance have declared the current location as unsuitable. The Lions request permission for the device to be relocated to the WSCC and the Trustees of WSCC had confirmed they would be happy to provide and pay for the trickle charge of electricity required to charge the unit. Councillors agreed the WSCC would be a suitable location and thanked the Trustees for their assistance.
Action: Notify Lions of permission and arrange fitting of the eternal box/electric supply By: WSCC (A.Prior)

8. Cllr and Clerk exchange of information
Cllr Shepherd urged people to vote on Thursday
Cllr Mrs Bolton asked if the cow parsley could be cut back on the verge opposite Jubilee Drive as it reduced the vision of vehicles in the junction. Road works on the Barford Road had held up the traffic unnecessarily on the bank holiday weekend as no works took place but traffic lights were still in use. WCC to be asked if they could minimise disruption by removing lights when no work would be taking place.
