17/02887/OUT Outline application for planning permission with consideration of Access details for the erection of a dwelling with an agricultural tie. (the matters of Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale being reserved).
At Friz Hill, Walton For Mr & Mrs Redfern
Case Officer Alison Willers By 21 December 2017
Object on grounds the agricultural tie need is not demonstrated and access was an unreasonable distance from the road for residents to put bins out for emptying

Additional item 17/03473/LDE – The Parish Council were concerned that this application appeared to route HGVs/Car transporters through a 7.5t weight limit (Loxley Road) and should the site be developed would necessitate passage of HGVs/Car transporters straight through the middle of a very small narrow newly built residential estate. The land has no suitable access/egress and whilst the Council understand this application is made under lawfully permitted development the Council would object most strongly to the suggested disruption to not only the residents of the small estate but also those residents on the approach road which is limited to 7.5t from each available direction. Lastly, the road has not been built to accommodate such large vehicles and therefore if subjected to this sort of activity it would not be long before residents were unable to drive to their properties. There does not appear to be any detail of intended hours of activity meaning residents could be disrupted in their day to day living by the noise of these vehicles in such close proximity to their properties.

9. Cllr and Clerk exchange of information
The Church had asked if any Cllr was prepared to do a reading in church to represent the Council at the Carol servce – Cllr Barritt volunteered
