4. Confirmation of Agenda and identification of items to be resolved to confidential session – agreed with no confidential

5. Confirmation of minutes of the meeting of 18th July 2017 – agreed

9. Bank accounts
RFO access to bank account (read only) –update Clerk Account changes now made and card reader awaited from bank
Change of bank signatories – update Clerk Account changes now made and operational
Payroll software – update Clerk Using software on trial basis after which package to be purchased

10. Management accounts (July)
Accounts reviewed – £1200 expenditure in advertising should be in WWNews and non contractual budget may be transferred Action: Move £1200 to correct budget heading and review non contractual budget BY: RFO

11. Audit
Email from External Auditor Action: further information requested sent by registered delivery to the auditor – similar information as to last two years requested under additional audit By: Office

12. Report and review of Direct Debits
Councillors considered and approved the list of Direct Debits No further action required

Councillors considered correspondence from Wellesbourne Sports Association – change of use for awarded grant request Action: notify WSA their request was approved By Office

Further information sent to SDC Officers Action: raise concern about the timescales and duplication of information with SDC following receipt of capital SEC 106 payment By Office
