17/00972/FUL Full application for the change of use of land to campsite and erection of toilet block
At Agricultural land, Hunscote Lane For Victoria Warr
Case Officer Alison Willers By 28 April 2017
The Council support the application subject to the approval of Warwickshire County Council Highways Dept. as Cllrs had concerns about the width of the road, the general increased traffic movement and assertion by the applicant that grass verges could be used as passing places.
(AMENDMENT) Full application for the sub-division of an existing semi-detached dwelling to create two dwellings, including a rear extension, loft conversion, car parking and new access. Revised plans and layout
At The School House, 6 School Road For Mr Mark Forbes-McGlen
Case Officer Case officer By 1 May 2017
The Council objected to the application reiterating the previous objections of: overdevelopment of the site, the extension is not in
keeping with the architecture and decorative features of this historical building and would mean very limited amenity space out
doors. The extension would mean loss of a heritage aspect and removal of the decorative brick character of the existing building.

At 17 Mountford Close For Mr Ilott
Case Officer Ian Guffick By 5 May 2017
The Council support the application subject to the suggested measures to alleviate further disruption on an already congested site and for the safety of the local primary school children. The Council asks conditions to be applied that delivery of materials as well as arrival and departure of building contractors be prevented between the hours of 8.30am – 9.30am then 2.30pm – 4.00pm
