Minutes for an Extra-ordinary meeting of the Council on Tuesday 26th January 2016
at 7.00pm at the Parish Council Office at 2 School Road, Wellesbourne

Following consideration of the revised submission by the applicant which addressed the concerns of WWPC, the Council supported the amended application and expressed thanks to both the Planning Officer for his willingness to extend the consultation period and to the applicant who was willing to make the changes required by WWPC to make his application more sympathetic to the location and the amenity.

Cllr VB raised concern that rubbish was collecting at the rear of the One-Stop shop at Newbold Road.
Cllr FH said rubbish and graffiti at the subway was increasing and village parking was the main topic on facebook.
Cllr RT queried the Christmas lights and what had been done in relation to the problems experienced.
Cllr DC met with Cllr AP to draw up the draft Administration Procedure and Job Description for the Lengthsman Scheme.
Cllr DK said Stratford District Council had voted to join the West Midlands Combined Authority
Under section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972, in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted, it is advisable in the public interest, as if members of the public were present during the consideration of such business, there would be disclosure to them of exempt information under paras 1 and 11 and Part 1 Schedule 12A of the said Act, that the public will be excluded.

Warwick University had contacted the Chairman to request a meeting to discuss the possible proposals for the Wellesbourne Campus.
